How to choose Bach essences?
a) If you are troubled by one specific problem, choose Bach essences specifically designed to solve specific problems, for example: MEG Bachovky for children - Sleep or MEG Bachovky - Migresol .
b) If you have more problems (for example, fatigue, low libido, depression, workaholism and fears for loved ones), then choose MEG Bachovka tailored to you. After filling out the questionnaire, Meg Mašková will create a unique recipe for you from Bach essences.
c) If your situation is complicated and you have been at a loss for a long time, book an online consultation and find out if and how Bach essences can help you in your situation.
How long does it take for my Bachovky to arrive?
Since we always mix Bachovky fresh and some even require a special custom recipe, we reserve 10 working days to send the package. If you have not received your Bachovky after this time, do not hesitate to contact us.
How should I use Bach essences, how often and for how long?
The basic rule of use is: 4 drops 4 times a day. In the morning on an empty stomach, during the day ideally half an hour before meals.
In case of severe problems, apply drops 6-8 times a day.
With the classic dosage, one bottle lasts 3-4 weeks. Bach essences are intended for long-term use, the minimum course of treatment is 3 months. It is necessary to eliminate the original cause of the problem to the core of the block. If you stop earlier, the problems may return.
Can I combine multiple Bach essences at the same time?
The only Bach essences that you can (and we highly recommend) combine with Bach flowers are SOS drops for acute crisis .
It is definitely not possible to combine tailor-made Bach remedies with Bach remedies for specific problems, such as Sleep , Weight Loss or Craving for Love .
If you are currently using Bachovky for a specific problem, after you have finished the bottle, you can order custom Bachovky . Indicate in the questionnaire which specific drops you have already used and add any other problems you want to solve.
How long does it take before I start to notice the effects of Bach essences?
This is very individual and depends on how serious your problem is. For some, results are visible after a few days, for others even after a few weeks.
It also happens that the changes are first noticed by those around you, family and friends.
Can I combine Bach essences with the medications I am currently taking?
Bachovky can be safely combined with other forms of treatment, they can be combined with dietary supplements and chemical drugs, but Bachovky with the preservative, which is alcohol, cannot be combined with the drug Antabus.
Are Bach essences suitable for children, pregnant women or the elderly?
Yes, Bach essences are absolutely suitable for babies, children, pregnant women and the elderly. Only for babies under 1 year old and pregnant women, choose the preservative glycerol.
These essences do not have side effects and there is no overdose.
Do Bach remedies work on animals too?
Yes, absolutely. Animals also have their own emotions that can cause changes in behavior. For example, a dog that is afraid of water or storms, is sad when its owner leaves the house and howls all day, or a cat that is afraid of the vet. These are just a few examples of common problems of our four-legged pets that can be solved by Bach essences .
What are the possible side effects of using Bach essences?
Bachovka does not show any side effects.
If you use them honestly and regularly until the block is removed (at least 3 months, in more serious cases it can be six months or longer), the problem will not return and you can easily function without Bach essences.
How is it best to store Bach essences and how long do they last?
Store in a dry place, up to 20 degrees, away from sunlight. Bachovky can also be stored in the refrigerator. The expiration date of 1 bottle is 8 weeks.
How many bottles do I need?
The basic course is 3 months, but 3 bottles do not always mean 3 months, it depends on the intensity of the drip.
If you order 3 bottles and take 4 drops 4 times a day, these 3 bottles will last you for 3 months.
But if you drip more often in case of more serious problems, 4 drops 6-8 times a day, then 3 bottles of Bach's Remedies will last you about a month and a half to 2 months.
If I feel a change after the first bottle of use, can I stop, choose different drops or change the Bach Flower Remedies formula to suit me?
It's great that you feel changes, but be careful. This is the turning point when some people admit that their problem is solved and stop taking the treatment or choose other drops.
It is really important to stick to the basic 3 month course with the same content . The only thing you can change is to switch from Bachovka, which solves one specific problem, to tailor-made Bachovka , which will cover the original problem and possibly add others.
However, never change the formula of the Custom Drops after the first or second month of use or switch from Bachovka - Sleep to Bachovka - Weight Loss .
